When clicking the "Show Label Name" button for the CRM and TFS fields, it would be helpful to have the lists re-sorted in alphabetic order. Currently, both lists stay sorted based on "System Names".1 vote

We only use the CRM email router for a few generic users in the system. Due to this, the emails that attempt to send when an item fails to be sent to Dev never actually get sent. I would like to see the ability to select the standard from address/user in the configuration so I can ensure the emails will be delivered.
I would also say to add an Admin address that would always be copied on the emails as an option.3 votes
